“Emily has helped us both buy and sell our first house!! 2 years ago Emily helped us buy at our first duty station- everything was seamless and we got a great house for the right price. Now 2 years later we are moving across the country and Emily helped us sell the home. She answered all questions and explained the process- Everything from comparing recent sales, home staging, (the photographer she hires took awesome pictures), and the closing attorney process. We listed our house in the midst of the Covid pandemic and had a full price offer in just 3 days! ”

“Emily was the biggest blessing throughout the process of house hunting & buying from across the country. We felt so reassured throughout the entire process and knew that she wouldn’t let us get into a home that did not fit our needs. Emily always made us feel like a priority and she was available 24/7 to answer every question and walk us through every step of the way. She also went above and beyond to get us in contact with people on base to get some things settled before we got into town. We seriously can’t say enough good things. She helped us find the perfect place to buy without us ever seeing it in person.”

“Emily recently helped us with selling our home while we were in the midst of preparing for a cross country move; I could not be happier to have had her as our realtor during the entire process as she made it so easy and stress free as possible. Emily is extremely knowledgeable, personable, professional, hardworking and dedicated to ensuring her clients have the best experience possible. She was always quick to respond to any questions or concerns and explained everything thoroughly. I will continue to recommended her to anyone looking for a realtor.”

“What an amazing realtor!!! Super responsible, on point, knowledgeable, accommodating, approachable and an amazing human being. She made the process of buying our home so easy and fun! She was always positive and available 7 days a week. Its been a pleasure having Emily as our realtor. I recommend her 100%. Thank you Emily for being the best of the best!!!!! The Beltran family will always thank you for everything you did for us!!!”

“Emily was wonderful to work with. She went above and beyond helping me choose a house from out of state. She was always reachable, did FaceTime and videos for me to look at potential homes. Once a home was found, she was there every step of the way through negotiations and was present for all inspections and followed ups. I was very apprehensive about buying a home sight unseen, but she made me feel at ease with the whole process and did not disappoint!!”
